I would highly recommend placing your loved one at LCCC. Great therapy staff. Some of the BEST administrative staff, nurses and CNA’s I’ve ever experienced. A facility where they treat everyone like they are family! ❤️

Jackie, Jenn and Taj are some of the best. Their attention to detail while helping the residents is second to none. All the therapists there are amazing. The therapist get the residence back up on their feet and moving and the time and attention they give is some awesome. I would not hesitate in recommending a loved one going here.
The Lodge at Lake Charles Care Center has been an amazing place for my mom and our family. The staff is truly amazing! Nurse Jackie, Taja, Jenn, and Shqueena are some amazing people that really care about the people they care for. I couldn't ask for any better place!
My grandmother was there and she was very impressed with the facility and the staff. Great faculty and staff and very attentive.
One room in particular has been experiencing a biohazard with waste from the toilet seeping out onto the floor from the underside of the toilet.
The maintenance supervisor said it's no big deal. He than said a plumber was on the way after reporting the incident to social services director.
The next day a couple of calls was placed for a follow up. Low and behold the Social services Director is not available and as usual the facilities Director left for the day.
This has been an ongoing situation for at least two weeks with the leaky toilet.
Next step is to file a complaint with health and human services with the Baton Rouge office. Let's see how long they can play dodge ball with the state.
Louisiana we can do better, just have to try harder. Our seniors deserve better.
The staff especially nurse Jackie is amazing. The people that do therapy for the patients are amazing. No better place to be!
Jackie, Taja, and Jennifer are the best! They help my grandma so much and have made this hard time a little better for her!
